Outdoor Remodelers
Complete Landscape Design & Installation Services

Our new maintenance program generally works like this....

A spring clean-up (April/early May).  We look things over, pick up leaves and debris, and apply general
purpose fertilizer.

Monthly maintenance visits (May through October).  Weed, prune shrubs and small trees, apply specialty
fertilizers like for roses or rhododendrons, deadhead flowers (cut back spent blooms), do hard cutbacks
on some perennials (so they'll grow and re-bloom), and generally point out/address small miscellaneous
problems that might pop up in the garden.

Finally we do a fall clean-up (November). Clean-up leaves, and cut back certain shrubs and perennials,
preparing them for the winter months.

You can pick and choose among services as well.  If you want your lawn guys to do the clean-ups, we
can just do monthly visits.  We can do anywhere from 4 - 7 visits, depending on your situation.  These
services are billed by the hour at a rate of $45/ man hour.  Spring and fall clean-ups have a minimum of
$125 and the monthlies a minimum of $75.   Most properties will require from 2-4 hours of monthly
maintenance per visit, and some more, depending on the overall size and scope of the gardens.   Each
property is unique however, so we do an original estimate, but only time and experience will get it down
to a more predictable cost.

There are additional nominal charges for associated materials like fertilizer, bug spray, etc. as they are
incurred.  We can also provide other ancillary landscaping services such as annuals (impatiens, begonias,
etc), bulb planting in the fall (tulips, daffodils, etc.) bark mulch, additional plants, etc.
