Always start by sloping your soil (or patio) away from the house. This step alone can sometimes
save thousands by avoiding the dreaded basement waterproofing project. Another common
source of unwanted water are roof downspouts. Dumping gallons of water right next to your
foundation is asking for trouble. If it sits there long enough, it will find a way into your basement
sooner or later. Our unique “DSS” (downspout system) enables us to extend your downspouts
underground, away from the foundation, for a simple, maintainable, out-of-site solution.
